Rockwell Building Plastics (www.rockwellbuildingplastics.co.uk), Rockwood WPC (www.rockwoodwpc.co.uk) and Dynotile (www.dynotile.co.uk) all utilise the same shopping basket – allowing the customer to order materials across all 3 sites and have them all delivered together.
The delivery options/costs for an order can be calculated on the ‘shopping basket’ page by simply entering a delivery postcode.
A variety of delivery/collection services can be offered.
Rockwell’s own transport will deliver all products (except any extra-large items) to areas within a set radius of our base in Coventry.
Damaged or missing items - Deliveries by our own transport must be checked with our driver at the time of delivery and any damage must be clearly noted on the paperwork before you sign.
Delivery can be made by Tufnell transport on a range of products up to a maximum size of 3600mm x 1000mm – You will be provided with a list of the delivery options available in your area (most areas will have standard and Saturday specific services available – More remote areas may only be offered a standard option).
Damaged or missing items - Deliveries by carrier must be checked at the time of delivery. Signing “unchecked” will not enable us to make a claim to the transport company should the need arise, therefore, the order must be checked thoroughly. If there is any doubt that the item maybe damaged then it must be marked as damaged on the transport company’s paperwork.
For orders of smaller items (those which will fit easily into a large jiffy bag and weigh up to 5kg) delivery can be made by Streetwise APC (most areas will have standard and Saturday specific services available – More remote areas may only be offered a standard option).
Along with the delivery options available, you will also be provided with an option to arrange you own collection, with prior agreement, from our warehouse in Coventry.
Damaged or missing items - It is the customer’s responsibility when collecting goods from our premises to check they have all the items ordered and that they are in good condition. Rockwell Sheet Sales cannot accept responsibility for damage or shortages once collected goods have left our premises. Where a customer has arranged for a third party to collect goods on their behalf, the same conditions apply as it is your responsibility that your agent undertakes this.
Call For Delivery Options
Some products may be too large for any of our standard delivery options – any orders which include such items will be prompted to call us for an accurate delivery cost. Also, to save you money on delivery we have set a maximum charge limit – if your transport charges are calculated by the website to be above this limit – we will also prompt you to call us for an accurate delivery quote.
